- RedGalaxy UK runs a strict privacy policy and is committed to protecting and maintaining the security of any personal information received by you and processed by our systems. We comply with the data protection legislation in the UK. Our privacy statement details the personal information we may collect from you as a customer or potential customer, and how we may use it.
- Before placing an order, we need to know your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This information is received by customer registration on our website, after which you are supplied with a username and password to access our customer facilities. Any payment details will be collected at purchase stage of any order, and for security reasons only the payment method will be available within your customer account.
- Most of our communication is conducted via e-mail, using the e-mail address supplied upon customer registration by you. We maintain an opt-out service, whereby our customers have the opportunity to opt-out of mailings sent by us. Our opt-out facilities are automated, therefore our staff have no control over such facility except in the case of senior management.
- When registering your personal information with us, you can be confident knowing we will not sell, rent or exchange any information you provide, except in required circumstances such as to process your payments, or as required by the Police or other authorative body.

- Our web site collects anonymous statistical data when you visit, and we also use a technology called "cookies" as part of our business procedures to allow you to login and use the customer facilities provided on our web site. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer temporarily that our web based customer facilities use to ensure you are the authorised user of the currently logged in account. These cookies are removed once you click "Logout", or you close your browser window.
